    Unscrew the cover

    Loose the cover from basket

  • 3

    Clean the air gap around the magnet

  • 4

    Replace the new recone basket onto the cover

  • 5

    Turn the woofer, and then fit the cover with the basket

  • 6

    Put the screws into the hole

  • 7

    Tighten the screws

    Test the woofer

    Remove the solder lead the jointed between the tinsels and terminals

    Remove the gasket surrounded the cone paper

  • 3

    Tear the cone paper surround and then remove the cone paper from the speaker

    Tear the spider surround and then remove the spider from the speaker

    Clean the magnet air gap

  • 6

    Use a tape to cover the air gap in order to prevent the dust to go inside the air gap

    Clean the chassis starting from the surround that will fit the surround of cone paper onto

  • 8

    Then, remove the dust spider on the chassis until leaving only the chassis

    Distribute the glue (normally supplied along with the P.Audio recone-kit set) onto the surround that will fit cone paper and spider onto the basket

    Remove the tape that previously placed on the air gap and replace the new recone kit onto the chassis. Make it center by using the same thickness of plastic sheet inserted around the gap

    Distribute glue onto the surround of cone paper and then placing the new set gasket lining up to with the chassis holes

    Distribute glue onto dust cap

  • 13

    Leave the glue under the dust cap to dry

    Turn the chassis down and let the glue dry
